Apply

Barents Plus coordinators (can be found under “Members” in the main menu) fill out and send an application form on behalf of the institution. Each institution applies for its outgoing students and staff members. Exchanges should be listed in prioritized order.

Institutional coordinators fill out the Institutional Application Form (right menu). Students and staff members fill out individual applications (see the right menu). Individual forms should be enclosed with the main institutional application.

The Barents Plus program does not provide full coverage of the expenses for travel, accommodation and meals . The participants themselves should cover a minimum of 30% of the actual costs. 

Institutions who wish to apply for financial support of a mutual educational projects and events are adviced to apply  to the Norwegian Barents Secretariat directly.
