Abstract submission for the NordicEpi & NorPEN conference 2026 is now open!

Please submit your abstracts HERE. You will notice that Oxford Abstracts requires you to sign in. Do not continue with Google or LinkedIn. Instead please choose "sign up to Oxford Abstracts" and use your professional email address when registering.

Guidelines for abstract submission: 

  • Maximum length: 300 words
  • Abstract should include the headings: Introduction, aims, methods, results and conclusion. No tables or figures are possible to include.
  • The conference will have oral sessions (8-15 minutes per presentation, more information will follow later) and posters, and we need to know what type of presentation you wish for if accepted.
  • Select the topics/keywords that best match your abstract. These will be used to assign reviewers and place your abstract in an appropriate conference session. You may choose multiple topics, but please select only those that accurately reflect your exposure/outcome, population, or methods. The topics/keywords are as follows:
