What to expect?
1. Short presentation rounds
Participants will give short three minutes presentations to introduce themselves and their work, followed by open mingling and focused networking rounds. Each presentation can include:
Researchers from the same field or group are welcome to present together if they prefer.
2. Scientific matchmaking
Following the presentations, participants will take part in rotating small group discussions, allowing you to meet many potential collaborators in a short time.
3. Posters (optional)
Do you want to rehearse a poster presentation? This space is perfect for you to do so!
Poster presentations will take place during the coffee/lunch break, with plenty of time for informal discussion and mingling. PYRO can assist with poster printing for participants.
