Press release - Presentation on the Earth Defenders at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, UiO

On October 26, Margherita Paola Poto presented the research conducted with Endalew L. Enyew and James S. Anaya in the panel "Environmental Defenders" at the Conference organised by the Research Group on Global Challenges to Human Rights Law, Policy and Practice, the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. The work is expected to be published as a book chapter for the second edition of Klimarett, edited by H. C. Bugge and C. Voigt (2024), and analyzes climate law and action, from the indigenous perspective.
