• 1️⃣ Go to the Application Web
  🔗 Søknadsweb – Choose Institution

  Choose “UiT The Arctic University of Norway”.

• 3️⃣ Request a Password
  Click “Send me a new password”.
  Use the same email used for your nomination.

• 4️⃣ Log In
  Use your email + password.
  Click “Register new international applicant”.

• Home address: Use international format:
  Address Line 1: Street + number
  Address Line 2: Leave empty
  Postal Code + City: e.g. 3999 – Paris
  (P.O. Boxes not accepted)
  Tip: Google Maps
• Mobile Number: Required.
• Language: Choose English.

• Application Alternative: Choose your subject area.
• Deadline: Shown beside your subject in Søknadsweb.
• Illustration: open the image.
• In the comment box:
  • Course-based students: list desired courses.
  • Traineeship students: state traineeship field.

• Upload all documents as PDF.

🔗 Course Catalogue for exchange students

• You’ll receive a confirmation email after each upload.
• Track application status under “My Applications”.
• Withdraw/modify via “Change Application” (before deadline).
• Multiple applications: not allowed for exchange students.

• The Incoming Exchange Team checks your documents.
• They contact you if something is missing.
• Your application is forwarded for academic review.
