• Betydningen av kostnadsanalyse i helsevesenet og Cost-Volum-Profit (CVP) analyse.
• Vurdering av relevante kostnader og inntekter for avgjørende handlinger.
• Bruk av helseøkonomi for å vurdere budsjett for screening.
• En oversikt over budsjettprosessen i helseinstitusjoner.
• Inngående utforskning av standardkostnad og avviksanalyse.
• Analyser av avdelingers økonomiske ytelsesmåling.
