Why are men underrepresented in care roles? Research seminar by Sarah Martiny and Marte Olsen from the Department of Psychology
Few men choose to pursue careers within healthcare or early education. These are also fields with a growing need for more qualified employees, especially in rural areas. In this research seminar, the social psychological researchers Sarah Martiny and Marte Olsen will explain how psychological factors can explain the persisting gender segregated labor marked in Norway.
