Immune responses against Piscirickettsia salmonis in Atlantic salmon
PhD research project Yorick van der Wal: Investigation into the immune responses in Atlantic salmon after Piscirickettsia salmonis infection.
This PhD research project investigates the host-pathogen interactions and general immune responses after P. salmonis challenge of Atlantic salmon. A specific ELISpot assay will be developed to complement currently available assays, such as ELISA and immune response related gene expression data.
